Love and Logic is a philosophy of raising and teaching children which allows adults to be happier, empowered, and more skilled in the interactions with children. Love allows children to grow through their mistakes. Logic allows children to live with the consequences of their choices. Love and Logic is a way of working with children that puts parents back in control, teaches children to be responsible, and prepares young people to live in the real world, with its many choices and consequences.
Cross Points Church is excited to host Parenting the Love and Logic Way seminar on Saturday, February 28. Your fee of $45/person or $55/couple covers this all day seminar featuring a trained Love and Logic presenter, materials, childcare and lunch.
To register, fill out the form below.
Why does the love and logic philosophy work?
• Uses humor, hope, and empathy to build up the adult-child relationship
• Emphasizes respect and dignity both for children and adults
• Provides real limits in a loving way
• Teaches consequences and healthy decision making
This parenting program is designed to give you practical skills that can be used immediately!
