14th Week – Day 5: The Yes That Overcomes Our No

📖 Scripture: 1 John 1:7 (NIV)
“…the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.”

💡 Devotional:
Even when we say “No” to God—through pride, rebellion, or doubt—Jesus responds with a resounding “Yes.” Theologian Karl Barth put it this way: “In the blood of Jesus Christ, God has said Yes to humanity—a Yes that overcomes our No, reconciles us, and sends us into the world to live for Him.” That’s grace. That’s covenant love. The Kingdom is here because Jesus didn’t wait for our perfection. He offered His instead.
