📖 Scripture: Matthew 5:20 (NLT)
“But I warn you—unless your righteousness is better than the righteousness of the teachers of religious law and the Pharisees, you will never enter the Kingdom of Heaven!”

🔹 Jesus calls us to more than outward religion—He calls us to true surrender. The Pharisees followed rules, but their hearts were far from God. To live in the Kingdom means submitting every part of our lives to Jesus, allowing Him to transform our thoughts, actions, and desires.

💭 Reflection:

  • In what ways is God calling you to live differently as a citizen of His Kingdom?
  • Are there areas you need to surrender to Him?

🙏 Prayer:
Jesus, I don’t just want to look righteous—I want to be transformed. Change my heart and make me more like You. Amen.

Memory Verse: 2 Corinthians 5:17

“Anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!”
