📖 Scripture: Luke 14:16-17, 23 – “A certain man was preparing a great banquet and invited many guests… Then the master told his servant, ‘Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in, so that my house will be full.’”

💡 Devotional:
Jesus paints a picture of an open invitation to His kingdom, yet many reject it. Excuses abound—busyness, distractions, and competing priorities. The same happens today. God’s invitation is for everyone, but not all are willing to accept it.
Discipleship is more than just saying “yes” to Jesus; it’s a daily decision to make Him the priority above all else. The kingdom is freely offered, but true belonging comes at the cost of surrender.

🙏 Reflection: What distractions or excuses keep you from fully embracing God’s invitation? How can you prioritize Him more today?

📖 Memory Verse: 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NLT) – “This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!”
