Day 5: God Welcomes Us Into His Family
Reading: Galatians 4:4-5
“But when the right time came, God sent his Son, born of a woman, subject to the law. God sent him to buy freedom for us who were slaves to the law, so that he could adopt us as his very own children.”
Through Jesus, we are no longer outsiders—we are part of God’s family. The Incarnation made this possible. Jesus came to bring us into a new community of love, grace, and unity. As God’s children, we belong to one another, called to live in His love and share it with others.
Reflection:
- How does being part of God’s family change the way you view yourself and others?
- In what ways can you build deeper connections within your spiritual community?
Prayer Prompt:
Thank God for adopting you into His family. Ask Him to help you reflect His love to those around you and deepen your relationships within His church.
Memory Verse:
Romans 3:23—for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
