Peter comes in from the night, tired, and distraught. He begins to clean his nets, when a man, the one whom he had seen teaching the crowds earlier, stepped onto his boat and called him to go into deeper waters. I can only imagine how Peter felt. He responds, “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.” (Luke 5:5). He had hit his limit, but the Lord asked him to go deeper. And as Peter went out into deeper waters, despite reaching his personal capacity, his nets overflowed with fish.
Deeper. Capacity. Overflow.
Join us this month as we discuss heading into deeper waters and what God is doing around the world. Also join us for the events of Missions Week, November 12-19.
“It’s one of society’s most iconic venues: the silver screen. Every day millions of people flock to the movies for entertainment. Others go for education. But how often do we look to Hollywood for real life lessons?”

Jesus was the Life of the party.
To him, parties were more than just gatherings. They were an opportunity to grow deeper in the art of being together. He wasn’t afraid to party. He partied with the rich and the poor, the devout and the sinners. And at every party, he brought something unexpected…
Why on Earth is an expression that is used when one is extremely surprised or confused about something. There are certain spiritual principles that govern our earthly lives that simply make no sense.
Why on Earth would you take the lowly place when you could sit at the head of the table? Why on Earth would you give something away when it cost you dearly?
Why on Earth would you break something in half when you can have the whole?
Join us this month as we learn to apply Spiritual principles that answer our
Many women struggle to see their value and tell themselves “I am not enough”. But God sees through your circumstances and unleashes your true worth.
Join us this month as we study women in the Bible who felt unseen, but their encounter with God changed everything.
21 Days of Ask, Listen & Worship is a time where we seek to know the Lord better in every way imaginable. While we meet with Him face to face each day we will experience the overflow of His presence. For almost two decades we have set aside each January to faithfully seek God as we ask, listen and worship. It is through these spiritual disciplines that we trust in His power alone to create lasting impact in our lives, our church, and our world.
Come experience the overflow of God’s presence in your life as we ask, listen & worship!
“Let your roots grow down into Him, and let your lives be built on Him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.” Colossians 2:7
As a church, we are celebrating 50 years of missions. Fifty years dedicated to sending people to reach the end of the earth for God’s glory and embedded into the DNA of Cross Points Church. A glimpse of our Sanctuary, with the flags of the nations we have sent to and visited, reflects that identity.
The week of missions is a celebration of those 50 years; what God has done, what He is doing, and what He will do around the world. The great news about the God we serve, is
He uses us as a part of His plan, and He can use us as well. That is worth celebrating.
